From Manhattan multifamily and commercial development to suburban land and residential projects, Arthur Joseph Lipton has been directly involved in every stage of the real estate lifecycle — including acquisition, development planning, construction oversight, leasing strategy, refinancing, stabilization, and disposition. He has negotiated and managed thousands of leases and worked closely with architects, engineers, contractors, lenders, and international partners.

A defining chapter of his career was serving as a partner in the development and international marketing of the 740,000-square-foot International Gem Tower in Midtown Manhattan. During the global financial crisis of 2008, he played a key role in repositioning and relaunching the project, presenting to industry leaders across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
